Offering Hope and Help to the Victims of ARD Worldwide

 “Today is Adhesion Awareness Day”

WE
Can make a difference!
“Moments in Our Lives”

Because adhesions are an invisible disorder, and most times even it’s
“victims” do not know that ARD is the cause of their pain and suffering,
yet their suffering is real,
As real as WE know it is!
As we strive to educate about “invisible” disorders today, ARD being one of
them, and spreading the word about it, lets take it one step further….

Today
I ask that if you know someone who is suffering, no matter the reason, reach out to them in love and respect
and touch their heart with YOUR kindness and understanding! And it can be anyone, so this means respond
to EVERYONE you meet today!
Reach out and touch them, people who are chronic sufferers, many times are untouchable, not because they
do not want touch, but others seem to distance themselves from people who are chronic sufferers, and sad
as that is, we understand, as the truth is always right there in our hearts!

Most living things have a need to be loved, they need to be touched.
This need doesn’t stop because your suffering, in fact, that need grows when one is suffering!
They need a smile, words of encouragement, kindness, and comfort!
They need us to lay our hand softly upon their shoulder, or touch a hand as it rests from weakly on a lap
from fighting pain all day, give a gentle hug, stroke an arm as you sit next to them and share your thoughts!
They NEED someone to see them!
Simply put, see them and love them!

We need to make a difference in their life; to make their life worth fighting for, to feel important enough to
exist, important enough to be acknowledged by another human being!

We need to create a special moment in a chronic sufferers life today!
A “special” moment they can hold deep down in their hearts, and draw on it, forever!
It’s easy to do, just open your hearts and it will come to you!
If you look, you will find a way to touch a life…
with your eyes, your smile, a nod, a touch, ..
do it
TODAY!

Can we take the words from this song and put them in our hearts,
Today and always!

"Don't Save It All For Christmas Day"

Don't get so busy that you miss
Giving just a little kiss
To the ones you love
Don't even wait a little while
To give them a little smile
A little is enough

How many people are crying
People are dying...
How many people are asking for love

Don't save it all for Christmas Day
Find a way
To give a little love everyday
Don't save it all for Christmas Day
Find your way
Cause holidays have come and gone
But love lives on
If you give on
Love...

How could you wait another minute
A hug is warmer when you're in it
And Baby that's a fact
And saying "I love you's" always better
Seasons, reasons, they don't matter
So don't hold back
How many people in this world
So needful in this world
How many people are praying for love

Don't save it all for Christmas Day
Find a way
To give a little love everyday
Don't save it all for Christmas Day
Find your way
Cause holidays have come and gone
But love lives on
If you give on
Love...

Let all the children know
Everywhere that they go
Their whole life long
Let them know love

Don't save it all for Christmas Day
Find a way
To give a little love everyday
Don't save it all for Christmas Day
Find your way
Cause holidays have come and gone
But love lives on
If you give LOVE today!
